We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven leader for the role of Customer Segment Leader – Small Molecule Pharma, responsible for driving and overseeing our Go-to-Market efforts within the Pharma segment for Small Molecules. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing and sales strategies tailored to specific customer segments. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, leverage market insights, and develop impactful campaigns that enhance business performance, elevate brand visibility, and drive customer loyalty.

As a Principal Data Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing data solutions, app development, and process automation on Celonis, SuccessFactors, ICIMS, and other platforms. This will require you to understand business needs in various domains, define groundbreaking solutions that meet the needs, and work collaboratively as part of a multi-functional team to deliver the solutions. Success will require close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple functions, and the ability to influence changes in a global organization. This position is ideally suited for an individual who is comfortable in a dynamic environment, with experience in conceptual and analytical problem solving related to HR.

Establish and lead a cross-functional team with expertise in business process management / mining / automation / documentation, data science / engineering / visualization, and related IT systems (e.g., PLM). Collaborate closely with Executive Committee Sponsors, functional guides, and other partners to prioritize highest value improvement opportunities, and develop a vision and roadmap for execution Lead the implementation of the improvements, guiding and challenging the team to achieve excellence, while supporting customer through the change Enable changes with appropriate metrics, communication, training, and documentation to ensure impact is sustained Provide visibility on progress and impact, and engage the executive team and collaborators in problem solving Develop and attract top talent strengthen process excellence capabilities and develop a continuous improvement mentality
