  • 5 years of experience in diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Knowledge and skill with a multi-meter and infrared thermometer
  • Experienced in troubleshooting PLC's
  • Experienced with lockout tagout, job hazard analysis, hot work permits, confined space, etc
  • Experience working in a food processing environment and familiar with USDA and FDA policies and procedures


 Quality Technician: 


  • Ensures that all products are food safe & quality ready for all customers.
  • Continuously monitors and conducts routine Quality & Food Safety checks for defects and logs results
  • Proficient in Bakery Line Operation and ability to handle all QA tasks on the required frequencies for 2 or more lines consistently in the Baking Operation
  • Proficiency in Bakery and Topping Line Operation and QA tasks in the Baking Operation
  • Inspects packaging, labels, date codes, shelf life, and performs tests on incoming ingredients and/or production lines


 Food Safety/Sanitation: 


  • Responsible for food safety and sanitation procedures for retail food service establishments
  • Performs routine inspections of franchise locations to determine compliance with SSOP, store requirements, and state and local laws
  • Educate operators during routine visits on food safety, internal policies, and operational procedures
  • Conducted investigations into reported matters of product quality, food service operation compliance and related categories
  • Lead Food Safety Training/Discussion sessions with operators and partners
  • Established, developed, and maintained alliances with regulatory and industry partners
  • Degree in Environmental Health
  • Deep knowledge of Retail Food Codes
  • REHS/RS and CP-FS credentials
  • Experienced in the retail food service industry
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
